A bike that will not start on the side of the road, at an hour when nothing else is open. Send me your location, a photo and what happened. More often than not I arrive with the fix already in the van; if it cannot be sorted there, I load it and bring it in.
RESCUE & PICKUP
- Roadside pickup - I come to you and load the bike.
- Late hours - the shop runs late, and Saturday goes to 2 AM.
- Fixed on the spot - often I arrive with the part already in hand.
- Just send it over - a pin, a photo and what happened is enough to start.

What sets the price
Coming out to you is charged by distance and by the hour of the night. The repair is separate and quoted once I see the bike. You hear the call-out cost on the phone, before I set off.
